How to adjust the Shower Glass Clips

1. Positioning and laying out

The glass door is combined with fixed glass and movable glass door, and the positioning line is unified. According to the requirements of the design and construction drawings, the positioning line of the glass door is released, and the position of the door frame is determined at the same time.

2. Limit slot at the top of the mounting frame

The width of the limit groove should be two to four millimeters greater than the thickness of the glass, and the groove depth should be ten to twenty millimeters. During installation, at the beginning, two metal decorative board edges are drawn from the center line, and then the limit groove at the top of the door frame is installed according to the edge line, and the groove depth in the groove is adjusted by the glued backing plate.

3. Install the wooden base with metal finish

Fix the square wood to the ground and glue the metal veneer to the wood with all purpose glue. If the aluminum alloy square tube is used, it can be fixed on the frame column with aluminum corners, or fixed on the wooden brick buried in the ground with wood screws.

4. Install the vertical door frame

Connect the center line of the bomb to the door frame square wood, then use plywood to determine the shape and position of the door frame column, and finally wrap the metal decorative surface. When wrapping the veneer, place the face-to-face seam on the middle door on both sides of the glass.

5. Install the glass Use a glass suction cup machine to suck the thick glass tightly, lift the thick glass plate and move it to the installation position. First insert the upper part of the glass into the limit slot at the top of the door frame, and then put the lower part of the glass on the bottom bracket.

6. Fixed glass

Nail two small square wooden strips inside and outside the bottom bracket, clamp the thick glass to the middle door, apply all-purpose glue on the square wooden strip and stick the veneer metal on the square wooden strip

7. Injection glass glue seal

Inject glass glue to seal on both sides of the top limit groove and the bottom bracket opening, as well as the gap between the thick glass and the frame column, and scrape off the excess glass glue with a tool.

8. Glass docking

When the fixed part of the glass door needs to be spliced ​​due to its large size, the width of the seam should be 2 to 3 mm, and the edge of the glass plate should be chamfered.

9. Floor spring installation

Before the door leaf is installed, the floor spring and the positioning pin on the top surface of the door frame should be installed and must be coaxial.

10. Install the upper and lower door clips

Install the upper and lower metal door clips on the upper and lower ends of the glass door.

11. Fix the Shower Glass Clips

After setting the height of the door leaf, insert small wooden strips into the gaps on both sides of the glass and the upper and lower door clips, and inject glass glue into the gap to fix it.

12. Door leaf installation

First, adjust the positioning pin with its own adjustment screw out of the beam plane by 2 mm, and erect the office glass door leaf. Set it on the pin shaft, rotate the door leaf at right angles to the beam of the door frame, align the rotating connector hole in the door clip on the door leaf with the positioning pin on the beam of the door frame, adjust the adjusting screw of the positioning pin, and insert the positioning pin into the hole.

13. Handle installation

Before installation, apply a little glass glue to the part where the handle is inserted into the glass. When the handle is assembled, the root is close to the glass, and then the fixing screw is tightened to ensure that the handle is not loose.
